The Hotel Britomart is New Zealand’s first 5 green star hotel. Cheshire Architects designed the 10-level development.
Think New York chic: distinctive brick exterior with an irregular scattering of windows, intimate pedestrian laneways, adjacent heritage buildings and tiny cobbled squares.

Constructa Built were responsible for the concrete foundations, the building structure, the roof work and part of the hotel fit-out. We were also were involved in the beam strengthening for the historic building at the front.
